On the sun-washed sands of our shoreline, we invite you to join us for a transformative practice of Yang Style Tai Chi – a lineage rooted in flowing grace, internal alignment, and the alchemy of martial, medicinal, and philosophical wisdom.
Like a river shaping a rock, Tai Chi teaches us to be strong through softness and flow. In this workshop we will move through the first ten movements of Yang Style Tai Chi – offering you a gateway into the rhythm, structure, and essence of this time-honored art.
Each posture unfolds with ease and precision, inviting strength without tension and softness without collapse.
You’ll feel your body awaken – joints soften, the spine lengthens, breath deepens, and the nervous system unwinds.
The beach becomes our temple: the sound of waves, the openness of the horizon, the shifting sand beneath your feet all become part of the practice.
Martial: Though practiced slowly and gracefully, Yang Style is built on the foundations of internal martial arts — intention, rootedness, and mindful power.
Medicinal: Slow, connected movement opens circulation, supports joint health, calms the nervous system, and harmonizes the body’s qi.
Philosophical: Tai Chi is a living expression of yin and yang, teaching us to meet life with balance — yielding without giving up, expressing strength without force.
