Yoga Nidra is a practice that promotes deep relaxation; there is no movement involved. While lying down, a guided meditation accompanied by live sound slows down the body and mind into a liminal state between awake and asleep. This pre/postnatal yoga and functional movement class helps mamas to be (and mamas after 6-weeks postpartum) find their calm, strength, and prepare for what’s to come through breathwork, mindset, and movement.
Courtney and Nicole co-teach this class and bring different wisdom and knowledge every time. Both have been in the birth world for the better part of a decade and are passionate about building a community of mothers who can be each other’s village.
