Dr. Kelly lives in Palos Verdes and grew up in the South Bay of Los Angeles.
As a clinical psychologist and integrative wellness expert, she is known for her innovative approach to whole-person healing, combining evidence-based modalities, somatic awareness, mindfulness, spirituality, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

Farnaz N. Reneker
Vibrational Healing Facilitator, Sound Practitioner
Farnaz lives in Hermosa Beach and is originally from the East Coast.
As a vibrational healing facilitator, Farnaz merges the natural laws of sound, color, geometry, and form to create an environment where the client’s body wisdom and higher self work with the quantum field to induce balance, harmony, and homeostasis.
As a mystic and student of metaphysics, she strives to bring forth knowledge and insight of the mysteries of the universe into the mainstream through workshops, courses, and private sessions.
As a spirit channel and author, she has published two books – The Love Frequency and Wisdom of the Wild Ones.

Ashley Smaldino
Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner
Ashley was born and raised in the South Bay and is currently living in Manhattan Beach.
She is a 500-hour RYT specializing in trauma-informed yoga and therapeutics and is currently pursuing her Yoga Therapy certification. Ashley discovered yoga at the beginning of her chronic illness and chronic pain journey in 2012 and her practice became a much-needed anchor throughout a very challenging time. Yoga has continued to be a powerful guiding light of hope and stability for her throughout all of life's ups, downs and in-betweens.
Ashley believes in the power of yoga to change our bodies, minds and entire lives and trusts that you may find what you are looking for when you slow down and get quiet enough to listen and receive.

Courtney Satow
Yoga Instructor
Courtney currently lives in Torrance and was born and raised in Redondo Beach (born at Little Company of Mary Hospital where she now attend most of her client’s birth’s as a doula).
As a former collegiate soccer player, she has always been passionate about movement and health. Following college Courtney pursued her Integratove Nutrition Health Coach certification in 2010, a yoga certification, and then a pre/postnatal yoga certification.
It was then that Courtney realized she wanted to work primarily in the perinatal space and specialize working with pregnant women. She received her doula certification in 2016 and along with raising her two kids has been extremely active in the birth community since.

Gwen lives in Redondo Beach and has spent much of her life on the East Coast.
Gwen started her career in Western Medicine over 20 years ago and over time organically shifted into more holistic healing practices for body, mind, and spirit. She is passionate about helping others to connect deeply with their intuition, subconscious mind, and the wisdom of their bodies, in order to release physical and emotional trauma and blocks, reprogram their subconscious, and connect deeply with their hearts' desires.

Jenna is from the South Bay and lives there with her family.
Jenna supports people in living more intentional lives through Breathwork, Meditation & Intuitive Coaching. With an individualistic and holistic approach, Jenna helps clients break free from habitual ways of being, guiding them into higher states of consciousness connecting with their authentic selves.
She is a Certified Breathwork Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master, and has been a student of master teachers in Buddhist lineages for meditation with extensive study in Spiritual Psychology. She is also a human development writer, working on her own book, and is the founder of Expanded Wild Hearts, an intensive healing experience.

Jeri Reeder
Yoga Instructor
Jeri lives in Hermosa Beach and is from Carlsbad, California – growing up with the original Encinitas Ashtanga yogi family.
Jeri’s mother, Share, was one of the original American yoga students to travel to India and study with K. Pattabhi Jois, who they fondly called Guruji. Jeri followed in her mother’s footsteps when she was 15 and has been practicing yoga ever since.
The word yoga means union, so for Jeri, the practice is about coming together as a collective to release all the issue in our tissues. “As above so below, as within so without, as the universe so the soul.”
Jeri’s special spark as a teacher is her connection with her students.

Kate lives in Redondo Beach and is originally from New York.
On her healing journey, Kate found Qi Gong, which changed her life exponentially. She experienced Qi Gong as one of our greatest solutions to heal, unite and harmonize our world.
Kate studied under Master Lee Holden and is in the lineage of Master Mantak Chia.
Kate’s style of facilitating is unique as she incorporates Quantum Physics, Law of Attraction, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming in a practical, laid-back and joyful way.

Kyle Anderson
Qi Gong Instructor
Kyle Anderson began his journey with Qi Gong and Taijiquan (Tai Chi) through a love of martial arts, but he quickly became fascinated by the medical and scientific aspects of the practice.
With a background in art and animation, Kyle weaves personal narrative into his teaching, helping students cultivate character and self-awareness from the inside out. As an instructor, he is passionate about inspiring others to approach their practice with curiosity and contemplation. Outside of Taiji, Kyle is an animator and video game developer who enjoys exploring psychology and astronomy.

Kiki lives in Redondo Beach and was born and raised in California.
A yoga practitioner for 25 years, Kiki is an accessible yoga ambassador, working to bring yoga to people in underserved communities, incarcerated, or infirm. Her focus is mindful movement, mantra, and sound healing.
As a professor, she teaches positive psychology interventions to help grad students make well-being modalities accessible to all. As a practitioner, she offers Jungian informed Tarot readings to help people access their inner wisdom.

Malia lives in Torrance, CA, with her husband and baby girl. With roots in Hawaii, she carries the aloha spirit into her presence and teachings.

Marcele lives in Redondo Beach and is originally from Brazil.
While exploring different healing modalities on her personal journey, Marcele discovered that movement was a missing piece in her process. This realization led her to yoga teacher training, where she learned the importance of connecting with the body through movement.

Matt lives in Redondo Beach and is originally from San Bernardino, California.
He is a certified breathwork facilitator, Usui Reiki and advanced energy healing practitioner, spiritual life coach – as well as pursing a certification in past life regression.
Matt has served on the Board of Directors for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in the greater Los Angeles and Central Coast areas for 7+ years.
His passion is to help others, through the practice of breathwork, to release old traumas, fear-based patterns, and limiting beliefs to open to more fulfillment and peace.

Mindi is a trauma-informed energy medicine practitioner who integrates multiple healing modalities, including active emotional release, breathwork, yoga, and sound therapy. As a transformational integration guide, she empowers individuals on their healing and awakening journeys, supporting them in rediscovering their true selves.
Her personal journey of overcoming abuse, trauma, addiction, and depression became the catalyst for her transformation, leading her to leave behind a successful but unfulfilling corporate career. She now dedicates her life to service, using her experiences and skills to inspire and guide others toward healing and wholeness.

Nicole grew up as an athlete, playing and coaching many different sports. Movement, mindset and community have always been values of hers, so becoming a trainer and personal development coach who curated mindful events came naturally.
It was along her journey from Maiden to Mother, that she was led into the world of working with women in their motherhood path. Nicole guides women physically, emotionally and spiritually towards their fullest, most intentional experience along their motherhood journey. She specializes in Prenatal/Postpartum Functional Movement and Yoga, co-created and teaches a childbirth education class and curates gatherings and circles to bring sacredness and ritual into Motherhood.

Tessa Hayward

Tessa lives in Manhattan Beach and has lived in Florida, Boston, New York, and Sydney.
Tessa was exposed to yoga as a pre-teen as a part of her early training in ballet. She studied and performed various forms of dance and theatre, primarily Balanchine style ballet. From age three until her mid-twenties, she learned to incorporate restorative movement into her daily life. When she fully phased out of the performing arts, she naturally leaned into the development of her yoga, pilates and meditation practices as avenues of spiritual practice and physical self-care.
Yoga has always been a sacred space for Tessa – a safe haven where she has always found solace and consistency regardless of studio, teacher, or style.
